These terms cover your use of Recipe Basket (the app and the web app at app.recipebasket.autokentic.com). By using Recipe Basket you agree to them.
Recipe Basket is a local-first recipe keeper: import, organize, and cook recipes. The free tier is fully usable with up to 100 saved recipes and a single non-personalized banner ad. Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and adds cross-device cloud sync. AI video import uses separately purchased, non-renewing credit packs and does not require Pro.
Creating an account (email sign-in) is optional and only needed for cloud sync. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with.
Depending on where you buy it, your purchase is billed and managed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for purchases made on the web at app.recipebasket.autokentic.com. Whichever of these processed your payment handles billing, renewal, and cancellation for that purchase, under its own terms in addition to these. Manage or cancel a subscription through the account settings of the platform you subscribed on (App Store / Google Play / your Paddle receipt email), not through us directly. Use Recipe Basket only for its intended purpose: keeping and cooking your own recipes. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the app's import, sync, or purchase systems, or use them for anything unlawful.
Recipes you save, import, or write remain yours. You're responsible for the legality of content you import from third-party sites or videos; Recipe Basket is a personal organizing tool, not a publisher of that content.
Recipe Basket is provided as-is. We work to keep imports, sync, and nutrition estimates accurate, but we don't guarantee the app or any feature will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nutrition estimates are informational, not medical or dietary advice.
We may update these terms as the app changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect that.
