Recipe Basket / Importing recipes
Most recipe blogs publish their recipe (title, ingredients, steps, photo) in a structured format behind the scenes, the same data Google uses to show a recipe card in search results. Recipe Basket reads that same data directly, so most of the time importing a recipe is as simple as sharing the page or pasting the link.
Share the page. Browsing a recipe in Safari or Chrome, tap Share, then Recipe Basket. The recipe opens ready to review and save.
Paste the link. Open Recipe Basket, tap Add, choose Import from Link, and paste the URL. Recipe Basket loads the page the same way a normal visitor would (not a bare server request), which is why it keeps working on sites that block simpler bots.
A small number of sites don't publish structured recipe data at all. When that happens, Recipe Basket tells you plainly rather than guessing, and you can paste the recipe text directly instead, which uses the exact same parsing.
